Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Koordination sowie Bereitstellung von technischem 1st Level Support für Endkunden sowie technischen 2nd Level Support für GEA interne Kunden für das gesamte GEA Aseptomag AG Portfolio inklusive Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von technischen Claims und prozesstechnischen Fragestellungen.
- Durchführung, Aufsicht und Koordination planmäßiger Wartungsarbeiten an Ventilen, Drittkomponenten und Ventilbaugruppen in Anlagen bei hauptsächlich europäischen Kunden vor Ort
- Mitverantwortung für das interne Application Lab bei der Durchführung interner Produkttests sowie Kundentests
- Erfassen von Angeboten, Erstellen von Kundenaufträgen für das Servicegeschäft
- Selbständige Einsatz- und Reiseplanung
- Mitorganisation und Durchführung interner wie
externer Trainings für aseptische Komponenten.
Your profile and qualifications:
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Reisebereitschaft ca. 50%
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung, Installation, Wartung oder Inbetriebnahme von Flüssigkeitsprozessanlangen
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, Prozessschemas zu lesen und zu verstehen.
- Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute MS-Office und vorzugsweise SAP-Kenntnisse
- Starker Kundenfokus, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
