AdresseWe're looking for a motivated and driven (Senior) Treasury Operations Specialist (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
You will spearhead the management of financial affairs and play a pivotal role in establishing both centralized and decentralized treasury activities. Your mission is to drive standardization, centralization, and digitalization efficiency while minimizing risk exposure.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Your responsibility extends to implementing IT projects aimed at optimizing cash management, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance financial processes;
- You will be at the forefront of cross-functional and cross-process projects, driving forward the group's digitization and innovation strategy, ensuring its relevance in future markets;
- Central to your role is standardizing, centralizing, and digitizing processes and structures, streamlining operations to achieve maximum efficiency;
- Acting as an interface to relevant departments such as IT, Accounting, Controlling, Tax, and Legal, you will facilitate seamless collaboration and alignment across the organization;
- You will provide management and support to group companies on critical topics including cash pooling, account management, and payment transactions, ensuring operational excellence throughout;
- Supporting other treasury centers of competencies, you will foster a culture of excellence, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives;
- Your role also entails the administration and ongoing development of the central treasury management system;
- Conceptualizing and overseeing national and international payment transactions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- You have at least 5 years of work experience in Treasury or related fields;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance or other relevant background;
- Strong Experience with TMS and IT/Tool affinity are highly preferred;
- You are passionate about taking over responsibility for projects in a dynamic environment;
- Fluent in English, German language skills are considered as an advantage.
