Senior Strategy Consultant (Cloud)

We are partnered with one of the leading independent managed service providers in the DACH region. They are now looking for a Senior Cloud Strategy Consultant to join their highly experienced team.

German Speaking preferred

Knowledge of M365 preffered

€80,000-€110,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting on technical issues of all kinds for decision-makers and management

• Efficient implementation / provision of technical and organizational consulting projects for customers (also taking into account their business processes) using existing standards, solution components, and proven practices

• Independent development and conception of solution strategies

• Development, coordination, and implementation of technical measures, if necessary according to specifications

• Timely creation of project-related documentation according to customer and business standards

• Ensuring successful project completion taking into account customer satisfaction, quality, efficient provision, profitability, and acceptance

• Preparation, coordination, and elaboration of customer-specific concepts and recommendations using company frameworks

• Monitoring, control, and adjustment of measures and initiatives as required, if necessary according to specifications

• Preparation and conduct of customer workshops and presentations for specific Technical contact person in projects for the customer

• Establishment and maintenance of a long-term, trust-based relationship structure with customers

• Proactive positioning of company services with the customer in coordination with sales and support of sales in the focus area

Key Qualities Required

· 3 - 7 years of professional experience in consulting

· Solid experience in consulting projects, workshops, and creation of design / concepts of our solution focus

· Broad technological knowledge for our solution focus

· Cross-technology understanding in IT-related areas (outside the solution focus)

· Experience as an active and responsible member in IT projects with the ability to train other employees and provide technical leadership

· Advanced presentation experience

· Advanced experience in creating / reviewing various document categories

· At least 3 subject-specific additional qualifications (also consulting or organizational methodologies)

· Very good language skills (English) in spoken and written

· Good communication skills in spoken and written

· Ability to convey complex relationships in a structured way

· Good customer orientation

· Good social skills (ability to accept criticism, empathy, knowledge transfer) Good methodological skills (creativity techniques, problem identification, etc.)

· Teamwork, reliability, and active maintenance of open and constructive working relationships

· Good time management and a high degree of self-organization (ability to work structured even under pressure)

· High willingness to learn Distinctive personal skills (self-reflection, self-criticism self-confidence)
