Your tasks
We are building AI-powered teaching services and product (Teaching-Bot Syntea), which we continuously improve and further develop based on data.
Lead strategic analysis for our Data-Product, conducting comprehensive market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the education technology sector.
Collaborate with product managers and development teams to translate data insights into actionable product strategies and feature enhancements, with a strong focus on KPIs and data-driven decision-making based on usage data.
Lead a mid-size team of data-engineers and business analysts that develops and implement robust analytical frameworks for evaluating product performance, user engagement, and market positioning, ensuring alignment with our data-driven ethos.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and strategic thinking, emphasizing the importance of data and KPIs in guiding our product development process.
Present data-driven findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, effectively influencing decision-making processes with a strong emphasis on metrics and analytics.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, leveraging data to adjust approaches as necessary to achieve our ambitious objectives.
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of strategic analysis or consulting experience, with a significant portion focused on data-driven product development, preferably within the technology or education sectors.
Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven track record of leveraging data and KPIs to drive strategic decisions and product enhancements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, user experience design, and agile development methodologies, with a strong emphasis on data-driven approaches.
A passion for education and technology, combined with a creative mindset and a drive to innovate within a data-centric framework.
