- Identify potential risks to the bank through comprehensive research and assessment.
- Evaluate and analyse various risk factors to proactively address emerging risks.
- Evaluate existing risk management processes and programs for effectiveness.
- Modify and enhance the risk management framework to ensure optimal risk control.
- Develop and curate a customised risk management framework aligned with the business lines of Raisin Bank.
- Contribute to strategic development initiatives to elevate our risk controlling practices.
- Apply high-level analytical skills to gauge and interpret risks accurately.
- Specialise in credit risk controlling and provide expertise in ad hoc analyses.
- Engage in project work related to risk controlling, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new control concepts and enhance risk management strategies.
Your Profile
- 3 to 5 years experience in (credit) risk controlling, ICAAP and risk reporting.
- Familiar with European/German banking regulation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Goal-orientation in a straightforward manner and a contagious optimism
- Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and understanding broader business issues.
- Desire to get involved in new topics and seeking solutions to complex problems.
- Technical competence and openness.
- Professional communication and presentation skills.
