Senior Recruiting CoordinatorIn Canada - Toronto

Simon-Kucher is seeking a Sr. Recruiting Coordinator to provide centralized support to the North America Talent Acquisition team. The Sr. Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner in managing communication, recruiting activities, and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Simon-Kucher. This individual will work with candidates and hiring managers, possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice. The Sr. Recruiting Coordinator will handle the following tasks but not limited to: posting and advertising jobs; corresponding with job applicants; providing logistical support for interviews and meetings; preparing correspondence and presentations; preparing materials for campus visits and acting as a resource for general TA inquiries. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, well organized, able to multi-task, proactively prioritize work activities, and meet tight deadlines.

How you will create an impact:
  • Support Recruiters in offer preparation, offer extensions, and management of associated documentation once offer is made.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics coordination with hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Assist the Recruiter in performing sourcing and basic screening of job applicants utilizing various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks).
  • Assist the Recruiter and internal Campus Teams by attending and providing logistic and administrative support for job fairs and college recruiting events.
  • Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System and provide technical troubleshooting support for users.
  • Monitor Talent Acquisition mailbox and assist applicants in applying via the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop, maintain, and cultivate relationships with colleges, networking groups and other professional organizations.
  • Collaborate with Administrative Assistants to ensure a smooth process for all stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Recruiter to develop and implement informational materials and programming aimed at enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Manage the candidate transition from offer to onboarding with HR Operations.
  • Proactively support both internal and external stakeholders with proactive problem-solving as it pertains to the interview process (i.e., handling technical difficulties, last minute schedule changes, etc.)
  • Proactively identify gaps in the process to create a more seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Audit hire trackers for accuracy utilizing basic Excel skills.
  • Provide ad hoc project and administrative support to the recruitment team.
Your profile:
  • 2 - 5 years of administrative or recruitment-related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excels in an ambiguous environment while consistently delivering the right results with limited guidance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with multiple stakeholders across the organization with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to proactively prioritize assignments, manage multiple projects, and demands concurrently.
  • Strong computer skills in a Windows environment, including Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and take accountability for decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Sense of urgency and ownership from start to finish; solutions-driven, models client service excellence.
  • The position will require travel up to 15%
