Developing digital products - As part of the agile product team, you will perform coding assignments to evolve our inhouse automation solution. Your code is directly used by our teams in the field.

Agile product development - Together with the team, you enjoy building out the python-based solution with regular client feedback and also keep the standards high using lean software development and clean code methods.

Your skill:

You have a strong interest in software development and extended your knowledge by a university degree, ideally in software development related fields.

You are a senior developer, in charge of breaking down tasks into manageable items. You delegate tasks to junior colleagues in accordance with their respective skills and guide the development team to create client value.

You feel comfortable reviewing code and providing feedback based on clean code and lean software development principles and your own programming experience.

You are highly proficient in Python and related programming libraries.

You have deployed multiple projects into production before, preferably using CICD, Docker and Kubernetes and are comfortable with associated technologies like Bash and kubectl.

You're looking for an environment where you can play to your strengths - but you're just as hands-on with everything else when time is tight.

Your English language skills are C1 minimum and ideally you bring some German skills / the willingness to improve your German in the near – midterm.
