Your mission: As a Senior PHP Software Engineer (f/m/d) you will shape the continuous development of our systems together with our PHP/Shopware team.
Tasks
- You will work in an experienced PHP/Shopware team and collaborate with the product owner and other engineers to find good solutions
- You will design, build, and maintain high-quality e-commerce websites using the Shopware 6 platform
- You will review code changes, enhance applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, designing and implementing systems
- You will implement product requirements and write highly testable codes
- You will work using agile methodologies
- You will document and discuss approaches and take decisions
- You will mentor and coach junior engineers
- You have gained 5+ years experience in PHP software development (Symfony, Shopware)
- You have very good experience
2. with source version control (Git)
3. with Docker, in local environments and in production
- You have very good knowledge of relational databases (MySQL)
- You have good experience with SOLID principles and design patterns
- You have experience with developing CI/CD pipelines
- You are proficient in either German or English
