Senior People Services Specialist (M/W/D)

First point of contact for our employees for all theirinquiries and concerns; providing guidance, advice, problem-solving andcoaching throughout their employee experience at Tesla
Manage and process HR transactions (including onboarding,transfers, reorganizations, new hires, terminations, job and personal datachanges, organizational changes, employee verifications, etc.)
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, andstandards to new and existing employees
Timely response to any incoming requests; email, openvisiting hours as per agreed SLA’s
Effective administration of employee documentationthroughout their Tesla journey including, but not limited to; contractmanagement, leave management, job changes
Ensure operational processes, procedures and policies areproperly documented, kept up to date and uploaded to the applicable systems
Responsible for the integrity of employee master dataentered in our HR Management Systems and Maintain personnel files, whileensuring we are compliant with GDPR

HR Administration/HR Operations experience; ideally in acustomer-facing environment
HR Shared Services experience is a plus
Excellent German and English language written and spokenskills
Working knowledge of HRIS, E-Ticketing tools and absencemanagement systems
Knowledge of local laws, regulations, employment lawguidelines and policies
Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with theability to handle multiple tasks or shift priorities as needed in afast-changing environment
Proven skill at handling stressful issues and interfacingwith all levels of the business in a courteous and professional manner
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel
