- First point of contact for our employees for all theirinquiries and concerns; providing guidance, advice, problem-solving andcoaching throughout their employee experience at Tesla
- Manage and process HR transactions (including onboarding,transfers, reorganizations, new hires, terminations, job and personal datachanges, organizational changes, employee verifications, etc.)
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, andstandards to new and existing employees
- Timely response to any incoming requests; email, openvisiting hours as per agreed SLA’s
- Effective administration of employee documentationthroughout their Tesla journey including, but not limited to; contractmanagement, leave management, job changes
- Ensure operational processes, procedures and policies areproperly documented, kept up to date and uploaded to the applicable systems
- Responsible for the integrity of employee master dataentered in our HR Management Systems and Maintain personnel files, whileensuring we are compliant with GDPR
Anfrage
- HR Administration/HR Operations experience; ideally in acustomer-facing environment
- HR Shared Services experience is a plus
- Excellent German and English language written and spokenskills
- Working knowledge of HRIS, E-Ticketing tools and absencemanagement systems
- Knowledge of local laws, regulations, employment lawguidelines and policies
- Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with theability to handle multiple tasks or shift priorities as needed in afast-changing environment
- Proven skill at handling stressful issues and interfacingwith all levels of the business in a courteous and professional manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel
