We are looking for a Senior Strategic Projects Manager (m/f/d) for FlixTrain, who will help us take the company to the next level.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- You support us in defining and executing on our strategy to become the largest private provider of long-distance rail transport
- You will be responsible for driving key Strategic Projects to support our fast growth (ranging from expansion to operations and partner management)
- You will collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including production, partner management, and network and business planning
- You will be responsible for setting up project management structures, including project timelines and steering formats
- You will help us set up and implement reporting formats (incl. KPI tracking) and prepare presentations for senior management
- You will be responsible for generating business cases for new opportunities and efficiency improvements
- You will play an essential role in transforming the transport industry, which will lead to the long-term success of the company
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Completed degree in business administration, economics or a related subject with top grades
- 3-6 years of professional experience in a related function, for example in strategy consulting, professional services, startups or other fast-paced dynamic environments
- Full working proficiency in both English and German
- Excellent analytical and critical thinkings skills, high attention to detail
- A good understanding of financial information (i.e. ability to understand and work with a P&L statement and balance sheet)
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills (including PowerPoint)
- A track record of success in personal and professional projects
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Nice to have: experience in the transport or rail industry
