YOUR TASKS

  • You identify, analyze, monitor, manage all risks of the diconium companies and are responsible for the corresponding Risk Management system.

  • You take responsibility for maintaining and advancing processes, regulations and information platforms in Risk Management, as well as for internal and external risk reporting as an interface for group reporting.

  • You monitor compliance with the GDPR and other relevant regulations in the field of Data Protection by the diconium companies.

  • You ensure that policies, procedures, and controls for the protection of personal data are in place and adhered to.

  • You are a key player when it comes to certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, TISAX) and regularly conducted audits in this context.

  • You create and maintain guidelines and training concepts for these and regularly conduct employee training.

  • You coordinate collaboration with Data Protection experts in our foreign subsidiaries and oversee compliance with local Data Protection laws as well as internal policies.

  • You review and create data processing agreements, conduct Data Protection impact assessments, and work hand in hand with our Legal, Compliance, and IT Security departments.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed your studies in the field of Business Informatics, Business Sciences, Information Technology, or an comparable degree.
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of Risk/ IT Security management, ideally with expertise in GDPR compliance and the preparation of ISO 27001 audits and certifications.
  • Solid M365 knowledge, especially Sharepoint, as well as very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Practical experience in related to certification frameworks (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 27001, TISAX).
  • Certification as a risk/ IT/ Security, or Data Protection Officer (all genders) is desirable.
  • You are characterized by strong problem-solving skills, pragmatism, a high level of initiative, analytical skills, and an independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work.
