As Recruiting Partner of Hydrogenious LOHC Technologies GmbH we are looking for you as (Senior) Manager Corporate Marketing & Communications / PR(a) for the location Erlangen. In this position, help shape the reputation and market success of a growing cleantech company on an international level. Be responsible for corporate and B2B communications for the Norwegian joint venture company Hydrogenious LOHC Maritime with approximately 50 percent of the working hours. • Establish and expand international external communications for Hydrogenious LOHC Maritime AS (both on corporate issues and in marketing related topics)
• Development of communication strategies and activities in view of the special innovation challenge
• Further development in terms of multimedia & publishing (online/print)
• Continuation of initial activities in stakeholder and issues/content management, as well as in trade press relations and social media (LinkedIn)
• Live communications & trade show marketing, primarily at Nor-Shipping and SMM.
• Budget calculation and controlling
• Close collaboration with Maritime’s General Manager, with the interfaces Business Development, Project Management and R&D as well as with contacts at the Norwegian co-partner Østensjø Rederi
• Establishment and expansion of international external communications for other important joint ventures such as Hydrogenious LOHC Emirates, our regional business development spearhead in Middle East
• Strategic project communication on our globally emerging hydrogen export/import projects together with the various partners involved
• Significant involvement in shaping a professional issues and stakeholder management, profiling the corporate brand and strategically navigating the agenda of the diverse stakeholders as well as establishing a communication management for crisis prevention and response

• Preference to work in a very dynamic, fast growing technology company
• Several years of experience working in strategic international corporate communications, in complex businesses and with crisis-prone products requiring explanation (ideally in the shipping/maritime industry, energy, chemicals, mechanical engineering, technical industry, etc.)
• Successfully completed PR traineeship and relevant communications-related studies
• Strong strategic and conceptual skills
• Confident proficiency in the full range of corporate/B2B communications tools as well as proven experience in crisis communications
• Outstanding skills for successful interdisciplinary and intercultural interface management
• High willingness to take responsibility and initiative
• Strong target and solution orientation
• Professionalism in working with MS Office
• Willingness to travel several days (national/international)
