Job description

In your new role you will:

• Understand and implement the manufacturing strategy including back end transfers and ensure manufacturing capability and capacity from development to volume production.
• Analyze data proactively for yield improvement, product quality, testtime optimization, and cost reduction.
• Identify and drive manufacturing efficiency improvement through MRBreduction, engineering inventory management, etc
• Drive task force and focus teams in fixing broken products in the back end.
• Ensure backend readiness for full production ramp of new FAB transfers
• Corporate with Infineon internal EWM (External Wafer Manufacturing ),OSAT(Outsourcing Assembly and Test), and BE TTI teams to facilitate the BE built and QTP qualification on schedule

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in electrical engineering or physics
• Experience in backend product engineering with more than 10 years experiences.
• Profound knowledge in Assembly and Testing process to identify and ad dress BE yield and cost opportunities.
• Familiar with backend tester OEE (operation equipment efficiency)calculation and improvements.
• Knowledge of data analysis tooling and proficient in excel and other analysis software (IFX CEDA, Tableau, Optimal+, …)
• Knowledge of failure analysis methods (electrical and physical)
• Fluent English
