Position Overview:
As part of our Investment Planning and Execution (IP&E) team, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support our end-to-end M&A process.
The candidate will support and drive the Integration of newly acquired companies within DI SW as well as onboarding of Internal Integrations. Additionally, the candidate would be involved in the continuous improvement of our tools and processes.
The IP&E team is responsible for end-to-end M&A within DI SW, reporting into the Finance organization.
Reporting line to Senior Director of Finance (IP&E).
Number of members of the team: 10.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Integration projects within DI SW / SISW.
Key activities:
- Project management on complex Integration projects
- Ensure learnings from projects are incorporated in our Integration Playbooks
- Support Next Gen of tools and processes
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- B.S. Degree in Finance / Business or similar
- Project management experience (4+ years)
- Technical knowledge in Digital tools / ecosystem
- Travel – estimated around 10-25%
- Ability to learn
