The IT Supply Chain Management team is responsible for overseeing the IT aspects of third-Party Logistics, transport management, and foreign trade. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with modern solutions and tools to implement new processes in third-Party Logistics and continuously optimize existing ones.
To support our Claim 5 growth strategy effectively, we have established a template for integrating warehouse service providers worldwide. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with modern solutions and tools, shape the future of HUGO BOSS' logistics, and contribute to the company's growth. You will have the chance to collaborate with international teams, lead projects, and make a significant impact on our global processes.
What you can expect:
- Participating in and leading both traditional and agile projects, with a specific focus on integrating external warehouse service providers (third-Party Logistics - 3PL) with our SAP ERP backend infrastructure.
- Designing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize HUGO BOSS' logistics.
- Collaborating with international colleagues and partners to coordinate the introduction or improvement of applications and interfaces in different regions, sometimes on-site.
- Quickly assuming responsibility for specific areas in our 3PL template solution and projects.
- Further developing and implementing the HUGO BOSS 3PL template, considering individual and location-specific conditions.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of global processes and providing 3rd level support to business departments.
Your profile:
- A completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in logistics, warehouse management, and supply chain management processes.
- Profound IT knowledge and the ability to analyze and understand complex problems.
- Experience with various IT architectures and technologies.
- Excellent communication and moderation skills
- Experience in leading and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Extensive experience in 3PL service provider integration, interface technologies, SAP-ERP, and a standard WMS application.
- Strong organizational skills and a leadership mentality
- Natural creativity, independence, and assertiveness.
- An analytical, structured, and goal-oriented work style, with a clear service and team orientation.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with German language skills being a plus.
