Aufgaben

You are responsible for the collection, compilation and analysis of our groupwide P&C data, metrics, and statistics related to our core employee data, applying this data to make recommendations to the business leads to drive greater understanding and improvements.

• You can identify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics
• Responsible for data preparation topics and data governance
• You are able to maintain and develop operational reports and dashboards across the P&C function and continuously looking at improving the groups’ reporting capabilities to support decision making
• Analysis of digitalization concepts and gathering technical system requirements
• Support in groupwide new software implementation projects and maintenance of the various P&C systems and P&C reporting
• Alignment with internal departments and stakeholders (like IT, Process and Product Owners)

Qualifikationen

• You have a degree in mathematics, informatics or similar
• Experience within HR functions and systems in an international group is an advantage
• You have knowledge in the areas of Excel, statistical software like R or Python, SQL, and databases
• If you have already worked with big data and corresponding data analysis tools such as Qlik or PowerBI, perfect!
• Your structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working characterizes you and you enjoy working with a team
• English is a must, German would be great!
