- Structure and further develop of our HR Controlling: You design, implement and engineer efficient solutions for new processes, methods and KPIs for monitoring.
- As the point of contact for HR key figures and costs, you advise our stakeholders and derive recommendations for action along the HR lifecycle.
- You manage the annual HR planning and are in close contact with our Finance Department to harmonize HR cost and budget planning.
- You work closely and manage the interface to our colleagues in Finance - in areas like bonus accruals, headcount data or other regular data delivery between our two departments.
- You create and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses to support management decisions.
- You contribute decisively to the expansion of data-based HR decisions by striking new paths and, for example, being responsible for the conception and implementation of people analytics.
- Furthermore, you get involved in HR projects and bring in your passion and creativity from data and controlling perspective
- You completed your education or studies in the field of Business Management, Finance, Controlling or a similar area
- You have at least 3 – 4 years of experience in (HR and/or Financial) Controlling or in a comparable function
- You have very good knowledge in the standard tasks of a controlling specialist as well as in the relevant tools
- Excellent numerical understanding and analytical skills are very important to you in your work
- Knowledge in SAP (HCM) is a must
- You like to use HR system solutions on a regular basis and enjoy optimizing their usage
- You have an affinity for HR
- You value efficiency and like to work independently
- You are proactive in your area of expertise with a clear “can-do” attitude
- You possess good communication skills with excellent German skills and good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
