In your new role you will:
- Assist Program Office in project office tasks but not limited to the following
- Program monthly reporting
- Program website content updates
- Support project managers and the community in project management/program processes
- Administrative Tasks:
- Business travel-related administrative tasks (e.g. preparation, claims, etc)
- Support / Coordinate team events (e.g. team building, training, etc)
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor degree in any relevant field
- 0-1 years working experience in project office administrative activities / tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Words, Outlook, etc).
- Good digital skills e.g. use of web applications, reporting tools, etc
- Good communication and written skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
