We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead data science projects, design robust processes, and play a key role in shaping our data architecture. The ideal candidate is not only a technical expert but also possesses strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Your position in our Team
- Lead and manage end-to-end data projects, from conception to implementation.
- Design and implement scalable data products.
- Utilize statistical modeling techniques and advanced machine learning algorithms to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Foster data literacy within the organization through effective communication of data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data science initiatives with overall business goals.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and technology, and apply innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Your Profile
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Proven experience leading and managing data science projects (5+ years).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools and libraries.
- In-depth understanding of data architecture principles and database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align data science initiatives with business objectives.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
