Senior Crypto Compliance & Blockchain Forensics Specialist for Digital Assets

About the role

Sygnum’s RegTech & Crypto Compliance Services team is a revenue-generating unit that empowers Financial Institutions through our unique in-depth expertise to offer Digital Assets to their clients. We offer compliant, conceivable, and efficient services as well as best-in-class tools for a Financial Institution’s Digital Assets offering. In order to support our clients with dedicated experience and know-how we are looking for a Senior CryptoCompliance & Blockchain Forensics Specialist to join our team.

What you offer

• Write comprehensive Enhanced Due Diligence Reports for wealth originating from Digital Assets,
• Review and analyse wallet addresses with blockchain forensic tools,
• Research digital asset related legal and regulatory developments globally,
• Help enhancing Sygnum’s RegTech and Crypto Compliance Services offering,
• Proactively provide guidance for the compliant and efficient use of Digital Assets,
• Contribute to the further development of internal workflows and tools for Digital Asset Compliance.
  

What you offer

• University degree in Law,
• Relevant working experience in Compliance at a bank or Big 4 company in Switzerland (3-5 years at least),
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience related to Digital Assets and blockchain forensic tools,
• Familiarity with Swiss, European (i.a. MiCA, TFR) as well as and global (i.a. FATF) legal and regulatory requirements and frameworks for Digital Assets,
• Excellent communication skills in English are a must, including the ability to write comprehensive assessments and summarize findings in a clear and concise manner,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills as well as a high level of flexibility and adaptability to changes,
• High degree of integrity, business acumen and openness to feedback,
• A positive, forward-thinking personality and can-do attitude with a dedicated interest towards Compliance topics relating to Digital Assets,
• Great team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to drive own projects independently as well as out of own initiative.
