This is what you do with us:

• Responsible for the commercial administration and further development of the group-wide management reporting system
• Continuous development of standard reports, in particular the inclusion of additional KPIs to cover the requirements of information stakeholders (such as management, business areas and private equity shareholders)
• Responsible for setting up commercial dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI including definition of interfaces, loading processes, etc.
• Establishment of the BI team as a single point of contact for all issues relating to the provision of information
• Participate in the conception and implementation of a reporting factory within Group Controlling
• Central contact for the business areas for ad hoc inquiries
• Definition of uniform processes to ensure efficient information provision
• Quality assurance and comparison of data with the source systems (eg Microsoft Navision, SAP SEM BCS)
• Ensuring central data governance and data integrity

Your skills:

• Successfully completed business studies, preferably with a focus on IT, or (business) information technology with a commercial focus
• Several years of experience in reporting / Business Intelligence and/or at the interface between controlling and IT
• Confident use of BI tools (especially Infor BI and Power BI) and experience in visualizing and creating management reports and KPI dashboards
• Good knowledge of databases (e.g. OLAP and SQL)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good knowledge of German and English
