Senior Consultant (m/f/d) – Global MobilityMercer's Career division supports companies in optimizing their performance through individually appropriate HR management strategies. We offer expert advice on topics such as international and national compensation strategies, talent or change management as well as restructuring of the HR function. Become part of our Global Mobility Team and get an all-round view on all areas linked to Talent Mobility as well as wider HR Management Consulting.
We will count on you to:
Advise our clients on international mobility topics, acquire new customers, expand existing customer relationships
Manage national and international consulting projects focusing on international compensation and participate in national and international project teams
Identify market trends and customer needs and support the evolution of Mercer products and services
Hold presentations and external lectures, conduct seminars, write articles and perform marketing activities
What you need to have:
Several years of professional experience in the field of international compensation and / or mobility / secondment of an international company, ideally acquired in a corporate environment or in a renowned management consultancy
Consulting and/or sales experience in International Compensation and / or Global Mobility services
Project management skills and client relationship management skills are beneficial
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, negotiation skills, excellent presentation skills, excellent commitment, mobility, initiative, and personal responsibility
Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, human resource management or a comparable field of study
Proficiency in German and English is preferred
Affinity for the technical preparation, processing and analysis of data
Very good knowledge of the MS-Office programs PowerPoint and Excel
