What you will do:

• Create impact for our clients: During client assignments, you take charge of identifying information sources, gathering, and interpreting data, executing analysis, and presenting findings to your ALAIKA team members and client stakeholders.
• Grow & take over responsibility: You'll be given the opportunity to apply and develop your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, technology, and business management skills from day one.
• Create and be a part of the game: You act strategically and help us define strategies for the client on one hand and ALAIKA strategy on the other.
• Help others grow: You are not only interested in developing and growing yourself but also want to take care of others' growth journey.

Your profile

You are wholehearted about your life, your career, and your relationships and that is how you act. Consistently.

• Outstanding degree in an IT/Analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Engineering, Mathematics) at a top-tier university or... you are on a contrarian path and have achieved an outstanding track record on your own.
• Relevant work experience: 2-6 years of full-time professional experience. Ideally, you gained work experience in a high-paced environment such as a top (VC-backed) start-up or a fast-growing company, top strategy consulting, investment banking/venture capital/private equity.
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Struggles shape personalities: You have learned to excel no matter what
• Learning agility is key to success: With high IQ and EQ you keep improving your balance between gut and brain
• Entrepreneurs take action and commit: You do what you say and own your stuff and you rather ask for forgiveness than permission
