Senior C#.NET Back-end Developer – in Cologne - €80,000

With over 100 software developers in Germany, my client is building a market leading B2B software solution for the digitalization of service processes and everything that goes with them.
The main challenge for them is to re-engineer their 20-year-old application and to get rid of old components and technologies as soon as possible. Passionate developers, architects, Scrum masters and other members are working constantly to renew the application while adding new features and functionalities to meet customer’s demands.
If you are a motivated back-end developer who wants to become an architect one day, this could be a great opportunity. My client cares deeply for clean and well-structured, high code quality, best practices and development processes. They also host hackathons and company events often and invest into knowledge sharing, development conferences attendance and certifications to help their developers get better.

- Development of high quality & performant code in C#, ASP.NET Core, Docker/Kubernetes & T-SQL together with your SCRUM colleagues- Sometimes as a concept developer and architect, sometimes as a test developer, occasionally as a product strategist with an eye for the big picture, you contribute as a responsible team member where your commitment is most needed- You will try out new technologies and solution approaches and contribute to the decision-making process for implementation concepts.

Strong knowledge of OOP with C#.NET and experience with T-SQL- Ideally, strong knowledge in Web API development- Experience in modernizing complex software architectures- A high level of quality awareness and experience in the field of test automation complete your profile.- Fluent German communication- Last, but not least, your education or CV is not that important to my client. What counts is your professional experience as a senior C#.NET back-end developer. An active Github link or reference project that you’re proud of would also be of great interest.
