Stellenbeschreibung

• Coordinate the monthly closing and reporting procedures for G&A business functions, encompassing the compilation of cost data, detailed review, variance comprehension, investigation of discrepancies, and collaboration with regional accounting teams for necessary adjustments
• Contribute to the formulation of the annual business plan and quarterly forecast processes for both operating and capital expenditures
• Participate in crafting the long-term strategic plan, involving resource allocation and aligning initiatives with overarching business objectives
• Forge collaborative relationships with key managers in the Global organization, offering support in aligning initiatives with local budgets
• Provide day-to-day financial support to Global management teams
• Assist in analyzing G&A investments and preparing associated business case materials
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting and planning processes for Global organizations
• Identify and implement best practices across functions, striving for enhancements that maximize insights and accuracy throughout the planning cycle, including Forecast, Business Plan, and Strategic Plan.
• Ensure efficient oversight of projects and expenditures, incorporating the development of pertinent analytics, performance metrics, and reporting tools to guarantee appropriate visibility and monitoring of performance.
• Support internal controls and respond to audit requests
• Proficiency in written, oral, and reading English is required, accompanied by refined communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Perform additional duties as necessary

Profil

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 6 yearsof progressive experience in financialreporting, control, andcorporatefinancialplanningandanalysis, preferably in a complex, multi-entity, and multinational setting
• Proficiency in written, oral, and reading English, with refined communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of working with a Tier 1 ERP system, specifically SAP Advanced proficiency in systems and technology, including a practical understanding of performance management, data modeling, and financial analysis and reporting tools (prior experience with BPC and/or Hyperion is highly desirable)
