YOUR FUTURE ROLE

At BTS, we act as trusted advisors and support our customers with their large transformation projects both from a business perspective as well as the corresponding IT capabilities. In BTS you work with a variety of experts in a multi-disciplinary of highly motivated and experienced colleagues.

In your role as a Senior Business Consulting Supply Chain Management you increase the customer’s value by:

• Developing and putting into practice supply chain processes - on planning or execution (logistics) level - and IT-strategies towards a digital transformation
• Drive innovation with customers in the context of a resilient and sustainable supply chain, based on leading edge evolving technology
• Developing best-fit SAP cloud platform and SCM application architecture followed by IT-transformation roadmaps in close collaboration with process and solution experts
• Contributing to our methods and tools development, for example supply chain simulation
• Preparing investment decisions based on value assessments and detailed business case examinations
• Supporting large customer transformation processes as a trusted advisor

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for advisory minded colleagues with SAP product experience from a multi-national environment to guide executives and work as transformation advisors. As a BTS consultant, you advice customers on how to develop and implement business processes and IT strategies towards digital transformation.

In addition to your knowledge of Industry and IT trends, you should have good business and process understanding. You will also have:

• Experience in self-managed project work at customer, with high focus on customer orientation
• The ability to think conceptually while focusing on quality and deliverables
• Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt in a new environment, where you can grow fast
• Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to design and prepare high-impact presentations
• Proven leadership skills in motivating teams and leading panels and discussions
• Fluency in both English and German
• Can-do attitude
