Senior Ambassador is responsible for managing and expanding medium to large existing accounts, improving customer relationship and satisfaction, improving profitability of accounts, and handling first line service.
Responsibilities
- Act as trusted partner and advisor as Abbott’s main contact to customers
- Manage and drive the development of their accounts, including key activities such as: strategic account management and post-sales implementation process
- New product and menu expansion targeting and sales support
- Prepare and execute regular customer business reviews
- Success in this role is measured by service level achievement, economic profitability, customer satisfaction score (NPS), contract renewal rate and managed revenue.
- Management of medium to large accounts, maintain network customer satisfaction
- Experience sharing and support for Ambassador in the team
Requirements
- Degree in medical technology, life sciences or business or equivalent
- Knowledge of medical laboratory science is preferred
- Fluent in Cantonese and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred
- Computer knowledge
- At least THREE year of relevant experience
