What you'll do

• You'll train organizations, classes and Agile teams to prepare them for their Lean-Agile transformation
• You'll lead workshops and training sessions to educate people on Agile values, principles, and practises especially as these relates to SAFe or SCRUM
• You'll create and further develop training concepts - paper-based onsite as well as remote formats using most modern technologies (e.g. blue-screen technology)
• You'll work with customers to define their specific training needs for transitioning to Lean-Agile practises
• You'll provide SAFe-trainings and enrich them with your own experiences and creativity as part of our trainer team
• You'll train and mentor P3 (Junior) Consultants & Trainers on how agile has impact on organizations and how to apply theory to practise

Who you are

• A (Senior) Agile Trainer who embodies an Agile mindset and is passionate about creating an agile culture
• You are experienced in providing professional trainings/workshops to empower all members of agile teams (e.g.SAFe, Scrum, etc.)
• You´ve got experience in creating concepts, standing in front of classes and giving trainings
• You aim to share your knowledge and convince your participants in the best possible way
