Security Project Manager

PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT AND AXA GROUP SECURITY

Throughout AXA, the security community represents 1000 security professionals, working daily to protect our employees, customers, operations and brand. Our operating model gathers the three security disciplines Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security & Safety. Our security mission is to ensure that AXA is safe, secure and resilient.

AXA Group Security, as part of AXA GO, defines the security strategy, standards and provides assurance to the Group on the security maturity of all entities across AXA. In its role, it also supports our professional family in entities in maintaining their security posture and respond and coordinate responses to crisis.

In 2021, Axa Group Security launched a 3-year program (One Security Program) to reinforce Axa Security posture.

Beginning of 2024, Axa Group Security will launch a new 3-year program (One Trust) to move forward and become a partner in trust. This program will be devided into 7 main projects (36 m€):

·         Establish and monitor a security single source of truth:Define one single source of truth of assets to protect and remediate what matters the most.

·         Reinforce our security controls:Review and optimize our security foundations everywhere on OR, PSS and IS, and focus on new projects and challenges, such as AI and API.

·         Protect our data:Ensure the right level of protection against lack of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.

·         Secure identities:Enforce a minimum set of security requirements while keep evolving our control of privileged users (PUAM)

·         Secure the cloud: Scale up our security capabilities to protect better our multi-cloud ecosystem.

·         End to End Approach to Resilience: Identify and test high risk resilience scenarios ensuring business process / customer journey continuity.

·         Reinforce our security expertise: Optimize the assurance and physical security forces in countries/regions to face local threats and identify the means to attract and retain security expertise.

To manage this program, we will rely on a core team as for the current one:  1 program director, 1 program deputy, 3 entity engagement officers and 1 governance officer in charge of the program governance.

Within the Portfolio and Project team we are looking for the Project Manager to be in charge of the internal and external governance of the One trust Program.

The project and Portfolio team missions are to:

·         Manage and organize Group Security project portfolio to deliver Group Security strategy and maximize the value generated for all AXA entities.

·         Manage and conduct projects, from their launch to their transfer in BAU (progress, delivery, risk management, budget sign-off, etc.) while ensuring alignment with AXA Standards.

·         Coordinate and support Group Security teams through the Sourcing Management process.

·         Ensure the audit remediation cycle is fully under control and implemented for Group Security, in alignment with GO priorities.

Our goals are to:

·         Guarantee the coherence and quality of the project portfolio, define and monitor methodologies and success metrics to be applied by all Project Managers

·         Be responsible for the project delivery

·         Steer the sourcing process for Group Security (BAU & Project)

·         Manage the time tracking tool (BAU & Project) to ensure a proper financial view of the spends in Group Security

·         Drive security audit issue remediation, bringing expertise; facilitating interactions with auditors and providing regular updates to top management

POSITION MAIN ACTIVITIES

Scope: Worldwide

-          Ensure the program is delivering the expected outcome providing regular updates on progress and risk reduction

-          Provide support to ensure that standards and practices are well understood

-          Support program communications and change management activities

-          Conduct program performance analyses, and support management of the program schedule and budget

-          Define general quality standards for the program and its components

-          Organize and provide monthly reporting to leadership and program steering committees (internal governance)

-          Organize and provide regular reporting to AXA top management and Group committees (external governance: SPC, TPC, ARCC, GAC, OPIARC)

-          Challenge all information shared within and outside the program (accuracy and consistency)

-          Be the privileged contact for the other strategic program within AXA Group Operation

-          Provide centralized support for managing changes and tracking risks, issues and decisions

PROFILE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Experience

·         2-3 years as project management officer or governance officer

·         Good writing skills, rigorous

·         Able to share complex messages in a simple manner

·         Team spirit

·         Good communication

Qualifications

Overall work experience in the fields

-  Experience in Security / IT (nice to have)

-  Experience in project management (2-3 years)

Language

-  Fluent in English is a necessity (including technical Information security English)
