Security Intelligence Investigator (M/W/D) - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

• Collection of on-the-ground information both within and beyond the Tesla walls in priority locations in order to protect the company from threats
  
• Collaborate with technical forensic investigators to integrate technical and human investigations into one high efficiency function
• Partner with Legal and Human Resources and other investigative/analysis functions across the company to ensure timely completion of investigations
• Advise the company on the findings of investigations and liaise with law enforcement and outside counsel as necessary
• Conduct highly sensitive, complex, and confidential investigations into incidents of data loss and intellectual property theft, technology misuse, and conflict of interest
• Be a member of a team of investigators and analysts to identify, exploit, disrupt, or protect against any undermining of Tesla’s business operations
• Will be required to solve complex problems with data from multiple sources and make recommendations to leadership on the appropriate strategy
• Must effectively communicate at all levels of the company, including at executive level

• Fluent in English and ideally German (or learning German)
• Investigative experience preferred in Loss Prevention, Compliance or similar
• Ideally having experience in or coming from a corporate background
• Familiarity with investigation strategies utilizing technical forensic capabilities and data. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Excel
• Basic network monitoring knowledge; comfortable working with multiple tools, systems and databases
• Track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, and focusing on critical priorities with minimal supervision
• Great communications skills, with ability to create detailed reports and regularly communicate at an executive level within a global environment. Works well in a team environment, where team members are geographically dispersed
• Understanding of the current regulatory environment in Europe
