Sdk Test Manager (M/F/D) On Mobile Apps

What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee all testing activities for components and Software development Kits (SDK) across teams. Collect and report quality metrics from test activities in the department
• Develop and implement comprehensive software testing strategies, plans and processes, ensuring that all software in the area of responsibility meets the highest quality standards for release to customers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, project management and system integration test to ensure that testing efforts are fully integrated into the product system development life cycle.
• Ensure that all test plans, test cases, and other test-related artifacts are created, maintained, and updated as needed throughout the project life cycle.
• Actively promote test automation activities across the teams, including HW-in-the-loop set up
• Analyze and report on testing results and provide recommendations for improvements to software quality and testing processes.

What you bring

Your Experience

• 7+ years of experience as Software Test Manager, ideally for medical devices.
• Experience with most areas of the software test lifecycle: requirement analysis, test planning, test case development, test environment setup/data creation and test execution.
• Experience with SW development and/or test automation.
• Experience with Agile development and test processes especially for Mobile Apps

• Proven technical and analytical educational background, self-motivated, team player, leadership qualities.
• Test mindset, system thinking, passion for driving root cause analysis in complex systems including HW
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Agile Development process and test process.
