Tasks
Managing and overseeing the SuccessFactors system, including Employee Central, Performance & Development, and Talent Management modules, along with their associated interfaces.
Providing guidance and consultation to the HR department on analyzing, planning, and improving intricate processes, as well as crafting strategies for expanding existing HR IT systems or introducing new ones.
Collaborating on upcoming implementations of SuccessFactors modules, such as compensation management.
Assisting in shaping the strategic direction and ongoing enhancement of our HR IT framework.
Offering second-tier support for the aforementioned SuccessFactors modules.
Coordinating and supervising external service providers involved in HR IT operations.
Profile
A bachelor's or equivalent degree in IT, human resources, or a related field.
Proficiency in SuccessFactors, particularly in SF Employee Central, Performance & Development, and Succession Planning, as well as experience in SAP HCM.
Familiarity with project management principles and working collaboratively with internal departments and external vendors.
Solid grasp of HR data structures and processes within HR IT systems. Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges, organize tasks effectively, and take initiative independently.
Adaptability and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. Excellent proficiency in both German and English languages. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning initiatives.
