I am working exclusively with a client operating as a holding company within the retail, banking and ecommerce sector.
They are looking to add to their permanent inhouse SAP team with the addition of a consultant focussed in the area of SAP Customer Cloud, to liaise across business operations, including Finance, Sales and Customer Service.
The business are over 100 years old and have 4000 employees across their brands internationally.

Tasks
Consult within the business and IT teams to devise and develop creative solutions for customer/client processes and relations
Manage SAP tools responsible for client relations - C4C, CX, Customer Cloud, Sales Cloud etc
Coordinate external and internal consultants to guarantee solution delivery
Communicate with different department decision makers on processes/strategy
Profile
3+ Years SAP Customer Cloud experience
Knowledge and understanding of business processes across client facing departments
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues, both internally and externally
Fluent German and English language skills
