Then join us in creating and delivering meaningful learning journeys with the most relevant and state to the art training content and formats. As a Sales Training Specialist you will be responsible to review, design and facilitate training curricula for our different Sales functions, consult Sales Directors on L&D challenges and promote our Sales L&D Program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • In this role, you'll be developing and maintaining new training programs tailored to the evolving learning requirements within the Sales Organization, encompassing both face-to-face sessions and e-learning modules. Additionally, you'll design comprehensive training curricula to enhance the capabilities and skills of our global Sales team. You would also be responsible for refining the Sales onboarding program and providing support for new hires training as well as reviewing and future-proofing existing training materials and content.

  • You would be conducting skill gap analyses in collaboration with our Global Talent Team, internal Subject Matter Experts, and the Leadership team to pinpoint areas for improvement. Additionally, you would regularly review the training portfolio to identify and address any gaps. You would be also responsible for providing consultation to Market Sales Directors regarding questions and challenges in learning and development.

  • You'll provide assistance in facilitating Sales Training sessions and coordinate the planning, development, and execution of pre- and post-training event activities.

  • You'll assist in creating and maintaining global program communication across our intranet and Learning Management System. Additionally, also promote both existing and new training programs on a global scale while also generating training reports and statistics to support insights-based demand planning and decision-making processes.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Experience in Learning & Development and/or Talent Development
  • Experience in Sales is a plus
  • Training Facilitation Skills (online and face-to-face) required and in e-learning software (e.g. Articulate, Evolve) would be a plus
  • Excellent Presentation Skills & Communication Skills with the ability to establish and maintain a global network
  • Structured and service-oriented ways of working
  • Team Player, Enthusiastic and confident personality
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders on all hierarchy levels
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Power Point & Excel
  • Travel 20-30%
