What this job looks like

• Formulation of new processes and policy to drive ease of use for the sales teams, as well as operational excellence around the sales process

• Manage the use and experience of the CRM and BI systems, with corresponding KPIs, dashboards and reports

• Preparation for effective forecast calls with sales regions.

• Training of the global sales organisation to ensure smooth application of the new processes

• Running the Global Deal Office for offer approval and strategic discussion of important opportunities at board level

• Handling of cross-regional deals and ensuring smooth processes

• Analysing market potential as a basis for geographical expansion in the go-to-market planning process

Your Profile

• Degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification

• Proven experience in a global sales environment, ideally in sales or partner operations

• Sound knowledge of CRM systems, business intelligence and project management

• Strong communication and training skills

• Project management experience

• Strategic thinking and ability to optimise complex sales structures

• Very good written and spoken English skills, German language skills are optional
