You are responsible for achieving optimal occupancy and maximum turnover in all customer segments.
You actively work to acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships in order to build long-term partnerships.
You are motivated and have a high level of commitment and a strong service awareness.
You are part of the sales team Germany and are open to traveling.
What you bring with you:
A degree/further training in the hotel industry and experience in sales/sales
You have experience in the hotel and catering industry and knowledge of the local market.
Experience in project management and a high affinity for sales, as well as proven experience in identifying and developing sales strategies.
Organizational talent, communication skills, a sense of responsibility and strong negotiating skills
Very good MS Office and fluent written and spoken German skills.
