Intro

Join our client's pioneering team as a Sales Executive in Germany! We're on the lookout for a dynamic professional with a knack for driving sales and building lasting client relationships. As part of the team, you'll be instrumental in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and sealing deals to meet and surpass sales objectives.

Our client is a trailblazer in visual assistance solutions for global enterprises. With a focus on enhancing customer and field service experiences, their innovative platform integrates AR-enabled live video, digital process automation, and multimodal generative AI.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to targeted industries, leveraging outbound/inbound lead generation, and targeted events to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client challenges and expectations, and delivering compelling value propositions.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demos to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to devise effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Network and generate leads by attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support sales opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and address evolving needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic account plans.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and growth strategies within the software industry, preferably B2B SaaS or IT consulting.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.
  • Proficiency in software value selling and solution selling methodologies; Technical background is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Experience with go-to-market strategies involving sales, channel, and technology ecosystems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
