In this position, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning and fine-tuning of a robotized installation on site, on behalf of the project manager, right through to final acceptance, while respecting costs, commitments and Safety.Reporting to the Head of the Robotic Applications Department, you will provide technical expertise in the field of robotics to ABB customers, supporting project managers during the execution of projects and worksites.
Your responsibilities
- Collect the information needed to process the assignment.
- Organize the mission before the start of the worksite, open the worksite, assemble the necessary tools, draw up the safety plan for all worksite activities, draw up and manage the worksite activity schedule.
- If necessary, participate in the preparation of robot programs during the design phase.
- Supervise reassembly, start-up and fine-tuning of the installation on the customer's site.
- Monitor, analyze and report intervention data (costs, contingencies, etc.).
- Coordinate the work of internal and external service providers on customer sites.
- Commission our robotized cells and program the robots.
- Participate in the preparation of technical documentation for projects under his/her responsibility.
Your background
- At least 2 years' higher education in a technical or industrial specialization.
- At least 5 years' experience working in an industrial environment.
- First successful experience in robotics and ABB robot programming.
- Technical English and fluent French imperative.
- No obstacles to travel: a significant percentage of working time is spent on customer sites (around 80% of the time).
- Required qualities: autonomy, adaptability, interpersonal skills, responsiveness, dynamism, sense of service, listening skills, creativity, understanding of customer needs.
- Results, customer and market oriented.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
