JOB SUMMARY
SV Hotel, based in Düsseldorf and Dübendorf (CH), is a successful franchisee of the global Marriott brand and today manages 20 hotels in Germany and Switzerland under the four brands Courtyard Marriott, Residence Inn Marriott, Renaissance and Moxy. SV Hotel has also launched its own brand, Stay KooooK. What you do: – Professional sales and support of group bookings for our four hotels in Munich (Courtyard by Marriott, 2 Residence Inn and MOXY) by e-mail, ticket system and telephone, as well as directly on site – Processing of various reservation requests for groups (including quotation according to strategy, offer preparation, group preparation, invoicing and feedback discussions with customers on site) – Deposits, guarantees and cancelations in accordance with the credit policy – Processing no-shows and reservation changes of all kinds – Collaboration and support of the event team (event booking area with group reservations)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
What you bring with you:
You are a team player and want to be successful together with us
You enjoy dealing with international guests and are a hotelier with heart and soul
You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
Opera PMS and Opera Sales & Catering knowledge is an advantage
Your location:
You will work from Monday to Friday in different shifts between 08:00 and 19:00. You will share the office in the Courtyard by Marriott City Munich East with our Events and Sales team. Remote work is also possible in some cases. We are flexible when it comes to organizing your working hours.
