You will be responsible for:
- Respond to inquiries by phone/e-mail or via FIT extranet
- Verification of bookings made the day before and during the weekend
- Assign VIPs / score each customer request
- Check Rates
- Entry of FIT bookings
- Pricing proposal for individual, company and travel agency customers
- Follow-up of payments prior to the arrival of guests when applicable
-Management of disputes concerning rates, payment
- Answer questions from the head office and other departments
- Follow up with long-stay guests and/or multiple bookings
- Contact guests who have booked rooms for people with reduced mobility
- Check arrivals
PROFILE
You are fluent in English and have already had a successful experience in an establishment of the same category.
You have a strong commercial and sales acumen.
You are very available and also very organized and have good interpersonal skills.
