The Electromobility organization is responsible for the complete development lifecycle of our electric powertrains – from advanced engineering through product development into the maintenance phase. The Role
We are now looking for a requirement manager Process Owner to strengthen our team within product management Electromobility and the whole Electromobility organization. The role entails significant interactions with different departments in the organization, stakeholder management, and communication so if you are someone who enjoys networking then this might be something for you!
The main responsibility for this role is to create the Requirement Management Process and implement it within the organization, communication is key to achieve success. To be able to do this you will be in contact with different stakeholders to collect information, understand their needs, make the links between the different departments, and structure the information collected.
The role is based in CampX, Lundby in Gothenburg. CampX is a highly innovative environment where collaboration and knowledge sharing come naturally.
We are looking for…
A people person, a great communicator, someone who enjoys communicating in different ways. Everything from a one-to-one conversation, a presentation in front of a group of people and via written text. Someone who likes guiding and motivating people towards a common goal. It is beneficial if you have experience from a product development environment, have worked developing processes and have product knowledge.
Requirements:
• Master of Science in Engineering, similar field of study, or equivalent work experience
• Proven leadership skills with ability to drive, motivate, and coach
• Experience from requirement handling and change management
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Structured manner of working
