You are the expert in creating high quality refinable EPICs.
- Assess requirements with Business units, Process Managers, Finance department
- Assess requirements with IT and compliance teams
- Create EPICs and document the requirements
- Define Initial Acceptance criterias with stakeholders
- Take part in refinements with Stakeholders and Development teams
- Validate Non-functional-requirements on EPIC level
- Hand over EPIC to development teams as per agreed quality criteria

- Attention to detail: to document a high quality result, you need to understand the details of the requirements and have an ability to dig deeper
- Making complexity look easy : Sometimes requirements are difficult in their nature of being. You have the skill to make them easy understandable for development teams
- Knowledge : Knowledge in the area of financial business, credit card issuing or credit card acquiring would be a real plus
- Interpersonal skills : You will be working in an international environment with many cultural difference. You have proven yourself in such environments in previous work relations
- Communication skills : You are fluent in speaking and writing in English, German would be a plus as any other language
- You are self-motivated and goal-oriented
