Job description

As a Reporting Trainee, you will support your team with reporting and data analysis tasks as well as handling requests from different teams across Infineon’s locations.
In your new role, you will:

• Work on reports by collecting and cleaning data, developing calculations, publishing, and analyzing results;
• Support controls to assure data quality;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline reporting processes;
• Ensure that all reporting activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Your Profile

You have an analytical mindset, with attention to detail at all times. You have great communication skills and a proactive working style, with a strong focus on customer orientation.
You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• A degree in Business Administration/Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field;
• Previous experience with Data Analytics would be an advantage;
• A good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (e.g. Macros, Power Query). Knowledge of data visualization tools, Tableau, and SAP would be a plus;
• Feel comfortable with working with data;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
