REMOTE Operations Manager (m/w/d) 60-70% Workload

As the Operations Manager (m/f/d) you will join our small but mighty team in its mission to be Switzerland’s biggest online marketplace for Handy-workers. You will be responsible for our Finance, Operations and HR, whilst also helping us with long-term planning and goal-setting. We want someone who is ready to take ownership and feels at home in a fully-remote company.

Aufgaben

• Optimize and establish processes, systems & tool landscape to increase the company’s internal capacity
• Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals
• Create and manage budgets and forecasts
• Manage all accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Recruit, train and supervise team
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service

Qualifikation

Desired Qualities:

• Fluent in German and English (C1 or native level)
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications

Would be interesting:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
• Double-entry bookkeeping experience
• SQL skills
• Knowledge of building and construction industry
• Have previously worked with OKR’s
