This Sales Regional Vice President position is with an exciting company in the private aviation sector. They are international recognized and work with some of the top names in the high net worth communities. If you are ready to manage an excellent and motivated team in the DACH region, and create strong new business for the company, than this role may be just for you.

Tasks

  • Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team throughout the DACH region
  • Create a strong, collaborative, and driven sales culture throughout the team
  • Convert new sales opportunities, and ensure the retention of existing clients
  • Review sales activity, performance, and address issues in a timely manner
  • Motivate the regional team through clear goal setting, weekly Sales meetings and recognition, ensuring an appropriate support system is available for each individual team member
  • Promote the adoption and use of Salesforce effectively to ensure optimum team output and effectiveness
  • Responsible for high priority projects including territory optimisation
  • Develop a reliable talent pipeline in conjunction with the HR team through the timely recruitment and training of new Sales team members
  • Define applicable metrics and analytics for continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate an understanding of current market trends and provide actionable insights
  • This position will require substantial travel (up to 50%) within the assigned region is required as well as travel to Company meetings and events outside the Region of responsibility

Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years experience in sales and sales leadership
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
  • Organised and consistent in managing tasks throughout a long-term Sales cycle
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages including, MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of target market and research tools for prospecting
