What awaits you
You manage the end-to-end design and delivery processes for Real Estate projects in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, and Russia and ensure that they meet business needs as well as local norms, codes, and regulations.
This also includes assisting with the selection and onboarding of vendors like architects, engineers, cost managers, acousticians, furniture vendors and general contractors.
Across the planning, design and construction stages – you provide excellent project management: develop preliminary project schedules, input and monitor the approved project schedule, identify risks and mitigations, manage regular reporting against the agreed budget and coordinate project and design reviews with local and global stakeholders.
In this highly collaborative role, you liaise with various internal and external stakeholders and manage the timely engagement of all relevant Accenture teams to ensure that all building related requirements are captured at an early design and budgeting stage.
Furthermore, you support capital planning initiatives and work with partners, transaction, and analytics teams to plan and implement local or regional portfolio plans.
Qualifikationen
What we’re looking forward to
Degree in project management, engineering, construction, or another relevant field combined with at least 7 years’ track record in providing complex project management solutions for corporate Real Estate clients with a strong focus on corporate interiors and office fit-outs.
Experience of managing multiple projects and capital budgets for Real Estate/project build outs and knowledge of different procurement routes to deliver projects such as single stage traditional lump sum, design and build, turnkey.
Strong business acumen and outstanding skills in stakeholder management, financial analysis, budgeting, risk management, relationship building, time management, negotiation and written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, ability to read and understand architectural drawings and fluency in German and English
Used to work with architects, general contractors, furniture dealers, manufacturers, and other vendors.
