Participation in the examination and evaluation of the bids
Participation in the cost estimate according to DIN 276 or other specifications of the client from unit prices or lump sum offers
Providing detailed valuations & applications for contractors and ensure that the work completed is paid

University degree in Quantity Surveying and/or Engineering degree
Working proficiency iTWO and other common applications is ideal; Revit and Naviswork are asset.
