Job Responsibilities
As Quality Excellence Manager (m/w/d) you will run kaizens to improve customer satisfaction and quality metrics.
Additionally, your tasks will be:
- Train the global automotive organization with CI and automotive core tools.
- Share best practices across automotive division.
- Perform quality assessments and run improvement based on these.
- Perform current state analysis through audits, current state mapping and data analysis.
- Deliver quantifiable results to our internal and external customers by supporting the automotive organization in problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Be a hands-on coach to the automotive team by performing training, workshops and consistent process verifications.
- Lead task force team for high impact issues globally.
- Drive strategic initiatives globally.

For this position you have a university degree in the field of quality and lean manufacturing and several years of working experience in automotive
The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
- You are experienced in IATF 16949.
- You already worked in the field of stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Problem solving and root cause analysis are your strengths.
- Experience in SAP is a Plus.
