Job Role and Responsibilities:

We are searching for talented engineers who have passion for quality and expertise in coding. You will be responsible for building/improving the automation framework, identifying and triaging issues and developing new test automation to ensure product quality.

• Analyze requirements, develop automated tests and test strategies to cover the Scalability and Performance aspects, and track defects for Horizon Desktop offering of Workspace ONE platform
• Drive automation efforts, build/enhance automation platform that will enable team to write automation tests quickly and efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews and review of feature, design specification.
• Work with different teams (Development/Product Management/Operation/Support) to collect necessary information to improve and enhance existing validation coverage.
• Handle activities to meet the deliverables and report accurate status.

Required Skills

• Pursuing Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent
• Coursework (in some) of the following: Algorithms, Data Structures, Storage and\or Operating Systems, Computer Architecture, Networking, Distributed Systems, Analytics, Web Development
• Knowledge in one or more of the programming languages: Java, or Go programming
• Knowledge in Python or other scripting languages

Preferred Skills:

• Experience developing client-server or distributed, multithreaded applications
• Previous internship experience is a plus
• Experience with Cloud based services, Microservices a Cloud Computing class or similar experience
• Ability to work independently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Exposure to container technologies - container orchestrators (Kubernetes, Mesos, Docker Swarm Mode) is a plus
• Experience in System test aspects (Scalability, Performance) is a plus
