Quality Engineer (m/f/d)
Workplace: Hybrid (min. 40% in our HQ) or 100% in HQ
This position owner will work closely with the Head of Quality Management, Purchasing and Technical teams to create a deliberate and intentional Quality Management strategy for Ideematec. The strategy will build and grow quality management awareness and remain a positive quality reputation for our products and worldwide projects.

What you will do in this position:
- Development and revision of quality processes in cooperation with Purchasing Teams and Project Management
- Supporting the Sales team upfront with standard Ideematec quality requirements, reviewing and commenting on the feasibility of the customer's quality requirements and the associated quality budget
- Establish quality requirements for subcontractors and continuously develop subcontractors in quality management on construction sites
- Preparation of the project quality plan and establishment of the associated quality control system
- NCR Management: analysis of internal and external non-conformities (NCRs), root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Support and coordination between Supplier Quality Manager and Project Execution Teams in case of quality issues.
- Qualification of new subcontractors in coordination with Purchasing (Category Manager)
- Quality training for project teams, site employees and subcontractors
You will be successful in this position if you:
- Commercial or technical vocational training or completed studies in the field of quality or engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in quality management for construction (ISO 9001) or in construction site management, preferably in an international environment
- Experience in dealing with quality deviations and root cause analysis and the associated quality costs
- Expertise in problem solving and the interpretation and evaluation of corrective actions
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Knowledge of German and English (at least C1 in both languages)
- Very good computer skills
- Nice to have: Experience as "Internal Auditor
- Team player with very good communication skills, negotiation skills as well as intercultural competence
- Ability to work independently with own initiatives and good decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the working time
